Chlorhexidine Gluconate

Chlorhexidine gluconate is an antiseptic effective against both gram-positive and gram-negative microbes. It is a bacteriostatic. Chlorhexidine Gluconate promotes clearance of acne because it is effective against staphylococcus epidermidis and propinobacterium, the main causative organism for Acne.

Centella asiatica

Centella affects various stages of tissue development, including keratinization. Asiaticosides stimulate the formation of lipids and proteins necessary for healthy skin. Centella has been found to have significant results in healing of skin, other connective tissues, lymph tissue, blood vessels (decreasing capillary fragility), and mucous membranes.

Calendula officinalis

Calendula heals wounds as well as internal and external ulcers. It is an antiseptic, and improves blood flow to the affected area. As an antifungal agent, it can be used to treat athlete’s foot, ringworm, and Candida.

Orange Peel Extract

Orange peel is active against keratinophilic micro organism, It provides flavinoids and hesperidin. Orange peel protects and maintains good skin tone.

Besides these Dermec Soap has glycerin and lanoline to moisturize the skin and keep it soft and supple. It has a high 76% of total fatty matter and is made from vegetable oils. Dermec soap has a near neutral pH and a pleasant Green Apple fragrance.
