Should be able to build a team with leadership, communication skills, analytical &decision making capabilities and motivational skills.
|Desired Candidate Profile||
Graduates below 32 years with a pleasing personality and ability to communicate effectively in English and Local language. Pharma selling experience of 6 to 8 years of which at least two years as a first line manager. Territory knowledge is a must.
Since we follow E-Reporting, familiarity with computer operations would be desirable
